Food & Events

Myself and my team cook real food in wild places. Fire is at the centre of everything we do. We build custom menus based on what is in season, what we can catch, hunt or gather, and what suits the landscape we are cooking in. It is simple food done properly, cooked low and slow, right over the coals.

We work with wild game, locally caught seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and ingredients we forage ourselves. It is all about flavour, texture and respecting where it came from. No shortcuts. No fuss. Just honest food cooked with heart and served invokes a connection.

You will find us cooking under gum trees, beside rivers, in macadamia orchards, on farms and even in backyards. We use handmade ceramics, open flames and custom-built fire rigs. Every event feels different because it is built around the land, the people and the occasion.

We focus on intimate gatherings like long table lunches, slow dinners, private parties, retreats and workshops. We also take on adventurous weddings, food festivals, brand activations and pop-ups. Whether it is a small group of mates or a full day production, we bring the same energy and attention to detail.

Our goal is to create something people will remember. Not just the food, but the feeling of it all. The smell of smoke, the sound of stories being shared, the warmth of the fire and the way good food brings people together.
